BODY DESIGN:

• This machine is heavy duty robust type in design in grade casting for quick handling.
• It consists of heavy bed supported on left and right vertical body.
• The machine has three slotting and one corner cutting head.
• The slots units are mounted over an eccentric roller causing them to move accurately as required.
• Heavy platform & two guides are provided to facilitate accurate angle, easy and correct feeding of sheets.

• The distance between slotting & corner cutting heads are adjustable with gear and rack mechanism provided with the machine.
These can be set quickly by handle.
• Screw arrangement is provided for adjustment of side cutter after regrinding.

• The machine is capable of slotting a number of sheets in one stroke.
• The distance between two slots and slot depth is adjustable.
• The machine contains graded alloy steel knives for long life sharpness & smooth cutting.
• The knives are operating like scissor for precision and smooth cutting.
• Minimum distance between two dies is 7" inches, corner width is 3.5 inches and slot depth is 18".
• All moving parts are protected by safety guards.
