• The machine is equipped with manually operated / motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding shafts helps in easy operation saving time.

• Flute rolls, the most important features of the machine are minutely finished, give perfect formation on the board.
• The flute rolls are mounted on GUN METAL BUSHES.
• The flute rolls are made of special alloy steel for better performance and life.
• One set of any type of flute rolls (N.F / B.F / C.F / E.F / or on demand) are provided with the machine.

• The electric heaters are provided for appropriate conversion of paper to 2 ply corrugated sheet.
• The Variable Speed Drive Electric Motor is recommended for better and economy in wastage at an additional cost.
